Madhuban Provides cozy Cottage stay with two Spacious Rooms and basic amenities along with a spacious common Veranda to relax. The Cottage is built in local stone “Chira” and 100% run on Green Solar Power “Backed up with MSEDCL to avoid inconvenience to Visitors”. We provide clean Water and Electricity for 24 Hours. The Nature Park gives opportunity of Local Treks within Madhuban and experience Flora Fauna, and Village Culture. We provide escorts to take round through various routes.
Food At Madhuban
Madhuban Provides for Konkan Delicacies; cooked by locals. We serve authentic food on at least 8 hours prior booking. We provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Menu as a balanced diet or “Chauras Ahhar”. Both Vegtarian and Non Vegetarian dishes offered as per available seasonal fruits and vegetables, fish etc. with Traditional Konkani Recipes.

I've been to several nature parks over the years, but Madhuban is in a league of its own. Their focus on sustainability and educational programmes is commendable. Took my grandchildren for a guided tour and they had a splendid time learning about the local flora and fauna.

Madhuban Nature Park is located in Pardalewadi Aare Village, Guhagar Taluka and District Ratnagiri. About 100 Ft above sea level is the Valley of Madhuban. Once you reach Pardale Wadi, it takes About 1 km. The inner road is specially constructed by the Madhuban Team. The Road gives access across the length of Madhuban up to The Cottage.

Our vision is to provide a tranquil space for individuals to connect with nature, find inner peace, and
experience the serene beauty of Kokan.
We focus on conservation, enriching the local flora and fauna, promoting Kokan culture, and
supporting the local economy. Our Goshala is dedicated to sustainable practices, and we are
expanding our plantations to include a variety of crops.
New initiatives excludes Devarai of Madhuban and ensure minimum contours disturbance.
Underlying Concept is “ Allow new Plants to Grow amidst Old Jungle Plants” and not totally erasing the original tree but only trimming. Coconut, Supari, Turmeric, Mangoes and other fruit baring plantations in Madhuban are native to Guhagar and economic source to support growth itself.
Madhuban is home to Native Insects, animals, birds and trees; thus we are highly Sensitive to keep several acres untouched as “Devarai”, to be in “In Harmony with Nature”; while creating access road, cottage, new crop plantation, basic amenities for our Guests.
Madhuban offers accommodation for an enchanting experience far more Original and Natural than the resort, hotel, or private villa. The Park gives you a very homely experience with the hospitality of locals from the bottom of their hearts.
Our Cottage provides a safe, comfortable, hygienic stay available to move in on prior booking.
While you sink in the melodies of local birds, chirruping insects, and tapping of WoodPecker, whistling kingfisher; loud music and alcohol is discouraged.
Our eco-sensitive guests have been supportive of avoiding single-use plastic and willingly take back plastic, aluminum foil, and things that would harm the fragile ecosystem.
We have kept the forest within our premises as intact as possible. We provide pleasant morning and evening walk trails throughout our property.
